The only thing I would say is it’s a good idea to have something you can show him, so he knows exactly what the customer requires. On a few things, we didn't quite have the same idea; that is not Ayodeji's fault; I possibly didn't describe/explain it well enough. This meant it took more of his time than was really needed as we had to talk, more than needed possibly because I had not shown him good examples.”
