    I would only say that it's a good idea to have something you can show him so he knows exactly what the customer requires. We didn't have the same view on a few things, but that is not Ayodeji's fault.

    I possibly didn't describe/ explain it well enough. This meant it took more of his time than was needed as we had to talk possibly more than needed if I could show him good examples.

After getting hired, it's usually time-consuming to scroll through different pages to locate, reference, and connect key client messages (actionable points), especially with lengthy threads. And I am sure this goes both ways for clients as well. (Extended functionality in the following suggestion.)
